As any IT organisation should be both OPEX effective, technically efficient & environmentally healthy as possible - These are key inputs for any decision maker’s choice of IT strategy going forward, as the need to cut costs & save on resources is an integral part of how IT is measured today.IT as Service, ultimately free’s business from the technology as this is what Cloud is all about. If you can’t measure it how can you manage it, so being able to maintain COSTS & consistent Low latency is key to any successful IT organisation, as its what the Application/Business owners will be demanding.You could call it "IT Heaven"!
