Heading all front-end development for the group, managing a distributed team of ~170 engineers split over 4 offices in Malta, Stockholm, Tallinn and Budapest. Brands handled included: Betsson, Betsafe, Nordicbet, Bets10, CasinoEuro, OranjeCasino, KroonCasino, Europebet.Led the teams in the creation of a proprietary front-end framework, OBG, powering the different sites of the group allowing seamless multi jurisdiction, multi lingual and multi channel operation.

Managed the Malta development team, working on Betclic, Expekt, Everest Casino/Poker, Montecarlocasino sites with particular responsibility for Mobile sites/apps, the group’s in-house Payment Gateway, Expekt.com, MontecarloCasino.com, the platform’s back-office and a number of 3rd party integrations.Responsibilities included: staff acquisition & retention, resource planning, staff development, mentoring technical project managers and team leads as well as assisting business owners in shaping and executing their roadmaps and liaising with operational IT teams (DBAs & Systems Administrators) to ensure a smooth delivery of projects.
