This aim of the ClimateSmart Home Service is to deliver improved energy efficiency in households across Queensland by installing energy saving devices, providing customers with behaviour change tools, offering detailed advice on ways to reduce energy use and providing customers with information about other government-funded schemes to reduce residential energy use.

Responsible for leading and managing a diverse group of IT Technical Specialist staff and external vendors in the establishment and delivery of a program of complex, and large scale, highly strategic project assignments focussed on delivery of significant improvement in the workflow operations of Telstra Services.

To act as a catalyst for change, project managing cost reduction initiatives and continually refining business processes. Ensure the performance of the workgroup is maximised by influencing longer-term operational strategies and system settings. The Work Management Centre, located in Toowoomba QLD was responsible for the efficient planning, scheduling and dispatch of customer activation and assurance tasks to a multi-functional workforce of 1000 technicians servicing all of Regional and Remote Queensland.

Responsible for the co-ordination of all business related activities for a major IT system project and the subsequent business integration.

Accountable for the management of the resource planning and workload forecasting activities for all new and existing business undertaken within the Division.
