- Maintain internal systems to track projects and their statuses throughout the pre-production and production process- Process raw footage for backup, proxy and editing- Ensure Team Projects are organized and connected to rendering computer - Coordinate with third-party vendors - Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing creative materials, reading and performing an evaluation of incoming submissions as well- Manage incoming submissions of pitch materials, scripts, etc.- Participate in Visionary meetings to pitch ideas- Create presentations on Google Workplace
