- Responsible for Brazil retail operations inside SAP R/3Activities: "As is" processes mapping, "To be" processes creation and Validation accordingly to Brazil operations requirements, system testing, users training,chronogram and activities management involving all key concerned areas: Inbound, outbound, IT, Finance, Sales, Planning, General Ledger, etc.
