As a Customer Operations Advisor I am responsible for ensuring the smooth running of procurement and stock management processes. I request quotes from different suppliers to get the best prices and solutions, manage purchase orders, and track them to ensure they arrive on time. I also monitor stock levels and perform regular counts to avoid shortages.I work closely with our client DePuy Synthes, to understand their needs and provide solutions, making sure to address urgent requests and resolve any issues quickly. I update stock information in Maximo and manage orders through EOS to keep the process running smoothly and efficiently.In addition, I prepare and compare quotes from different suppliers to help make informed decisions, and I create reports on which items need more stock to prevent running out. I also communicate with the warehouse to ensure orders are received correctly and work with technicians to solve problems and find alternative solutions when needed.This role allows me to use my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, while ensuring everything runs smoothly in procurement.
