Quarterra, formerly known as LMC, develops and operates multifamily rental communities throughout the United States as part of the Lennar Corporation, a Fortune 500 company and largest homebuilder in the US.Managed a portfolio of multifamily development projects totaling 950 apartment units with a market valuation of over $400 million. Led and managed the entire development process: financing, reporting, project budgets, product design, construction management, and go to market strategy. This required managing many multidisciplinary teams to execute a vision and deliver results. Achieved LEED Gold certification in sustainability for the Axle Apartments.

Owner and developer of commercial projects and residential communities.I joined HP to lead the development of new projects, utilizing innovative building and design approaches. While there I led the design development, financial underwriting and establishment of the franchise and management partners for a new hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. I also led the concept development of an innovative mixed-use, vertically oriented industrial building. Additionally, I managed the IP, product development and market strategy of an innovative building materials startup subsidiary.

Development and redevelopment of multifamily propertiesLed the development of the first modularly constructed multifamily project in Seattle. The innovative process provides higher quality construction, increased cost efficiency, and faster delivery than traditional site-built construction. Project disposition a few years later resulted in an approximate investor IRR of 45% and equity multiple of 3.22.

Innovative construction company utilizing a prefabricated, modular approach to disrupt the construction industry and increase sustainabilityI joined OneBuild during its startup phase to support the expansion of the business. I provided project feasibility analysis, design evaluation, and construction budgeting, including building from scratch a proprietary estimating model.
