Led and managed the entire development process: financing, reporting, project budgets, product design, construction management, and go to market strategy. This required managing many multidisciplinary teams to execute a vision and deliver results. Achieved LEED Gold certification in sustainability for the Axle Apartments.

Additionally, I managed the IP, product development and market strategy of an innovative building materials startup subsidiary.
