I work as the direct assistant to the FP&A Department's lead supervisor and Senior Analyst, William Leek. I help manage day to day sales report requests from the sales team in the field, as well as in the office. Additionally, I am responsible for generating monthly reports to assist our national sales team in reaching their goals.

Maintenance, repair and preparation of musical equipment during tours; primarily the guitars and amplifiers. Loading and unloading of all musical equipment, sound checking and communicating with venue staff regarding technical matters and production.

I sorted mail, collated customer surveys by due date / receive date, process and collect survey data either by automated software or manually by word processing. This data was then accumulated with assistance by myself and department coworkers to then be returned in data files to the customer. I also assisted with shipping and the warehouse department to return customer surveys in hard copy form if they so requested by contract.

I resolved physician and practitioner profile information in large batches systematically for pharmaceutical companies throughout the world. This included researching and contacting thousands of medical practices throughout the United States to verify and update our databases, as well as those for the American Medical Association.
