Ian Foo is Director, Strategy & Business Development at Northbridge, where he leads strategic planning, partnerships and sales operations for its direct-to-consumer channel, TruShield Insurance. Prior to this, Ian held progressively senior roles at Aviva, most notably building sponsorship programs and distribution partnerships with leading consumer brands. He also has experience as a licensed REALTOR® specializing in residential real estate in Toronto.Ian serves on the Advisory Committee for ACCES Employment, a non-profit helping job seekers integrate into the Canadian labour market, and is a former Board Director for Haven Toronto, a centre for elder homeless and marginalized men. He holds an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Western University.In his personal life, Ian stays fulfilled by his incredible wife, three young boys and his love for cars and golf.
