Designation Imminent – In Assessment Process with the Professional Engineers of Ontario Throughout my extensive 8+ years of experience as a Transportation Designer and Engineer-in-Training, I have been involved in a wide array of development projects. I thrive in dynamic environments where I am presented with new challenges and can collaborate effectively with project teams to achieve common goals. One aspect of my work that I find particularly rewarding is designing roadways for green site master-plan community projects. I enjoy utilizing my problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each project. Drawing on my experience, I am adept at generating multiple design options that offer flexibility to both clients and project teams. I take great pride in my ability to efficiently complete design tasks, from the initial stages to final submission. I have a demonstrated history of submitting applications on time, all while incorporating creativity within the parameters of applicable by-laws and engineering best practices. Feedback is an invaluable part of the design process, and I am known for my responsiveness to constructive criticism. I approach feedback with a positive attitude, always willing to consider alternative perspectives to refine my designs. The ultimate reward for me is seeing a design come to fruition, knowing that my work has contributed to improving the ease of movement. When I am not immersed in transportation design, I enjoy engaging in discussions and collaborating with colleagues to expand my knowledge and skills.
