• Served as the U.S. liaison to the Kuwait Navy; implemented creative solutions to overcome cultural, language, and inter service issues directly resulting in increased military to military cooperation and shared.
• Planned, coordinated, and supervised the execution of the transportation of Army, Navy, and Marine Corps equipment on Army watercraft for an annual multi-national Special Forces exercise.

• Designed and implemented towing processes on the Army’s only active duty ocean going tug boat; led a team of eight and implemented ship wide safety protocols resulting in no lost time accidents or damage to equipment.
• Trained over 30 U.S. Army Transportation School students on the fundamentals of tug boat operations, emergency towing, and safety that increased the Army’s tug boat operations capability exponentially.
• Trained two mixed Active Duty and Army Reserve tug boat and barge crane crews on safely rigging and towing an Army Barge Crane, culminating in a towing mission from Japan to Korea for a high profile, multi-national.
• Saved the Army over $200K by leading a team that rigged and towed a disabled vessel from Anchorage, AK to Tacoma, WA.

Hickam Air Force Base, HI

• Conducted vessel mission planning to include cargo reception and delivery, port entry and berthing, weather monitoring, secure communications, and route planning, successfully completing over 30 missions in 7 countries.
• Managed the inaugural installation of an upgraded integrated bridge navigation and communication system, a $2M project, on the U.S. Army’s Logistics Support Vessel; worked closely with outside agencies in overcoming.
• Planned and supervised the movement of a U.S. Army vessel from Hickam Air Force Base to Charleston, SC with follow on to Kuwait Naval Base in the Army’s first major vessel relocation in 15 years.
