I was working as a project manager for Level Projects, I looked after the following:- Schedules of labour, hours and trades as required.- Preparing the take off lists and procurement of materials for site.- Inspect trades completion prior to the release of invoice.- Inspect, document and schedule deficiencies.

I worked as the maintenance manager for the Smuggler's Group, Calgary, which has four restaurants. While there, I looked after the following:- Oversees all aspects of building operations, including the establishments Preventative Maintenance Program.- Liaising with management, identifying and completing any improvements/maintenance that may be required.-Contracting and Managing sub-contractors when necessary- Ensure that OH&S legislation and regulations are being adhered to as per Management's Safety Program.-Planning various project budgets, researching prices and negotiating terms with external companies.

I was working on the first of, two 22 storey towers, in down town Calgary. Elite work with a lot of Peri products, so I'm was getting a lot of experience, from setting up skydeck, working with wall and column formwork and building non-standard formwork.
