I have successfully delivered risk management, controllership and assurance projects that enhanced the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of the finance function and the business as a whole. I also prioritise the development of the people and organisations I work with, actively taking coaching and mentorship roles.I joined Anglo American, a global mining company, in 2016, as a senior member of the Group Finance team, having trained at PwC and leaving as a Director.
