This role is responsible for leading global, diverse, technology teams, transforming identity and access, campus, data center and cloud network, and enterprise collaboration solutions to enable the highest levels of productivity for employees, contractors and partners around the globe. Responsibilities include collaboration solutions, multichannel contact center, global network, endpoint management, security and compliance. Managing $65M+ budget and a team of 100+ people. Technologies include O365, Zoom, Intune, Slack, G-suite, Ping, Sailpoint, Azure, AWS, Cisco, Juniper Key Contributions and Highlights • Built, developed, and lead high-performing and diverse technology teams with company-leading employee engagement metrics with a focus on delivering frictionless, digital experiences.• Transformed services from legacy infrastructure to digital experiences while simultaneously achieving the highest customer satisfaction rates across all services. • 95% reduction in turnaround time for service requests through automation, service simplification, and configuration standards• Increased service capacity by 50% with the existing budget through reduction of duplicative services, improved vendor pricing, and competitive bidding
