Built two high-functioning financial teams to deliver SOX, audit compliance, and international reporting standards. As a sector cost per ounce is the measure of financial sustainability and in partnership with Operations drove core components down as much as 30% over historical levels

These roles were most often generated by the Board or CEO and came about from prior professional relationships. All were companies in the innovation space, across a variety of industries and all shared the same characteristic - namely the desire to grow and lift their innovation index. My role in each of these organizations was to identify the constraint(s) and work with Operations to remove these barriers.
