Senior Support Engineer
CurrentLead a team ensuring Ordnance Survey’s web services and API products are available 24/7 whilst conforming to product release schedules and SLA’s. Responsibilities include:- Managing the Support Team- Ensuring smooth transition of products from development into a support model.- Maintaining product release schedules- Deploying data and service updates in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Containerised and Oracle based environments- In depth technical knowledge of products- Data analysis and trend spotting- Conforming to customer SLA’s - Cross collaboration with Development Teams, UX Designers and SAP Developers.- Maintaining cloud hosted services and API’s (AWS, Docker, Apigee, Azure)
