Customer report writing using SSRS.Developing custom workflow systems for Tikit clients using K2 BPM and Autonomy's APA workflow software. Consulting with clients over their workflow design. Delivering administration and end user training for customised workflow systems. Additional skills used in the development of these workflow systems include SQL database management, producing custom tables, views, stored procedures and functions, and also JavaScript development on workflow forms. In 2013 I was a winner of the BT Enterprises Annual Recognition Award 2012/2013 for my work on a large workflow project.

This was facilitated via telephone, email and the TikitTFB client forum.
