This curiosity fuels my work in activating workforces and creating alignment between organisational demands and individual learning journeys, demonstrating clear ROI and reducing workforce skill risk.Currently, as the Regional Vice President Oceania at WithYouWithMe, I lead a passionate team dedicated to helping organisations modernise their workforce development and management strategies to meet operational objectives while reducing workforce risk in an increasingly volatile market. I’m also pursuing a Masters in Behavioural Neuroscience to deepen my insights and help organisations translate these scientific insights into evidence-based competitive and inclusive business strategies.My personal mission is to realise a world where we can remove bias from workforce management and recruitment processes, democratising access to opportunities no matter who you are or your background.
