Qdos consists of a team of IT support staff responsible for managing and maintaining business networks across London and the South East. Qdos additionally provides bespoke software solutions, database-driven websites/web apps and software training.My role requires me to manage a team of network support engineers that provide day-to-day telephone and remote support through to ongoing maintenance, network design projects, network infrastructure installations and onsite implementation of business critical systems. We provide day to day LAN/server/desktop support, network security, cloud services such as Azure and AWS, Wi-Fi networking and VoIP phone systems.I am the account manager for many small to medium sized business clients as well as line manager of staff members within the networking team. My goals and responsibilities are to build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients, and to oversee the daily operations of the networking team. The networking team manages all areas of IT for small to medium sized businesses ranging from general server maintenance through to backups and antivirus solutions. My role is also to identify the IT requirements of our clients, to research a broad range of possible solutions prior to recommendation and implementation. This is in addition to advising and often managing, the best use of our clients' IT budgets to increase return on investment.Outside of the work environment I am an avid golfer and keen musician.
