• Responsibilities included to deliver strategic activities and plans in line with CEO directives, shareholder expectations, and commercial objectives. This included:
• developing a strategic servicing direction for the business using a robust change management framework
• representing the organisation externally on strategic planning initiatives

• developing strategic commercial networks
• presenting strategies to the Board and Shareholders
