In an extension from my previous roles and responsibilities at S-Digital I have taken on the role of Project Manager, which has helped build further and maintain strong client relationships. With this extra responsibility I take on day-to-day management and accountability for most tasks and projects within the team, keeping all tasks to the highest quality whilst on time and budget. I regularly manage issues and discuss new features to understand project objectives, and will deliver full creative proposals and estimates for many of the tasks.Individually and with my manager I manage and update the teams work schedule, keeping the team and our clients updated with the delivery dates.As a side task I manage the S-Digital Linkedin and other social media accounts. I create content (text, images and animations) myself using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or source via online AI tools.

The role of Digital Lead was to oversee all digital projects across Prism and manage each job independantly, whether it be outsourcing a task to external development agencies or doing it myself. I regularly created wireframes and prototypes for websites, and campaign landing pages for our clients, and saw them through to development, testing and project go live. I maintained the infrastructure of our hosting and domains for ourselves and for our clients. I also played an active role in helping the development and growing knowledge of the Prism team.

I am involved in UX and UI improvements from initial client meetings to discussing and collating briefs, to wireframing/prototyping, through the design process and then onto the building, UAT and deployment of the project.We deliver this using our own bespoke CMS software which has a full digital marketing suite features such as Blog, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Reporting and Analytics plus more.I use Adobe Creative Suite to not only create and edit responsive websites and email newsletters but also artwork and assets for graphical content, social media, digital adverts and animations, for S-Digital and also for our clients, all the time conforming to any branding and style guidelines and best practices.I hand code websites and email newsletters in HTML, CSS and Javascript, whilst working closely with developers to bring the project/task together for UAT and deployments.
