Role Responsibilities:- Play a significant role in daily operational responsibilities for Red Ventures’ rapidly growing telecommunications business- Drive the daily performance of multiple SEO assets, from site acquisition to P&L management and conversion rate optimization- Hire, develop and lead teams including SEO Analysts and Outreach Coordinators- Optimize each stage of our demand generation, from first page rankings to post-sale touchpoints- Research and evaluate potential marketing partners through the development of strong business cases, quantitative models and economic projections, taking into consideration the risks, long term potential, and strategic objectives- Identify trends, analyze drivers, and ultimately seize sales performance opportunities- Develop and continually drive project work plans, timelines and budgets- Brainstorm, validate, test, and refine customer acquisition initiatives utilizing A/B and multivariate testing to ensure ongoing improvements- Provide regular detailed updates to our executive management team and external partners

- Lead the SEO team within eBay Enterprise - Design and implement natural search solutions for IR 500 clients such as Levi's, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Ace Hardware.

- Pepperjam's agency operations were consolidated into eBay Enterprise - Manage holistic search initiatives for Petplan Pet Insurance (paid and natural search)

Manage the daily operations of the sixteen person agency team, spanning Paid Search and SEO client services.
