One in ten parents in Florida have found a better school for their kids using Schoolahoop so far. Virtuous is a popular giving solution for nonprofits, from CRM to marketing automation and giving forms. They contracted me to do an end-to-end assessment from top-of-funnel marketing research to their signed-in UX.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS- Conducted market research and user testing to identify opportunities for improvement- Used these findings to revise the Virtuous homepage- 400% improvement in share of visitors who clearly understood the product- 200% improvement in share of visitors who gave positive design feedback- Proposed a dozen specific improvements to marketing strategy and product UX- Helped rollout a company-wide customer satisfaction tracking program- Designed and wrote all the copy for one-pagers and websites for new product offerings- This work achieved a 100% Customer Satisfaction (CSat) score in testing

Working with the Cooliris team:- Designed and implemented the Cooliris website.- Designed Cooliris UI changes and improvements.- Created branding and promotional materials for Cooliris.Helped take several major releases of PicLens / Cooliris from concept to successful release, with responsibility for the user interface and experience. Cooliris was acquired by Yahoo.

I worked with the fabulous Shelfari team to design and bootstrap this popular social site for readers and book lovers that later was acquired by Amazon.com
