Started my first full-time position after college. Worked as an application support associate, where I was responsible for troubleshooting application-level issues using technologies like Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

This was a part-time role to gain industry experience. My responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including operating systems, for a major computer manufacturing client.
