I drove a cultural and technological revolution in compliance-critical Databooks, moving from paper to 100% digital build-and-review, correlating with a 34% reduction in cycle time. I also achieved a 50% cycle time improvement (100% capacity increase) for our best-in-class polymer mixing process – achieved through a Design of Experiments approach.
