• Direct reporting to the General Manager• In charge of inhouse I.T Operation including sub/sister company.• Configuring, managing, maintaining and implementing the companies’ basic network and troubleshooting network environment.• Assigned in all I.T Infrastructure of the company.• Install and perform minor and major repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.• In charge with the CCTV operations such as installing and troubleshooting.• General I.T

• In charge in operation, managing and setup of betting house (horse race)• Due to pandemic assigned in charge of supermarket operation, especially when all I.T Operation of the company is working well.• Supervising supervisors and store staff during store hours.• In charge of receiving cargo from suppliers• Purchasing all received invoice from suppliers into the system.

• In-House Support for End-User like Faculty Staff, Non-Teaching Staff, School Administrators• Support for Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Server, Projector, and other I.T peripherals• Monitor computer laboratories/facilities with 50 desktops each• Inventory of I.T Equipment• Managing Active Directory, Managing of Group Policy and Other Server Stuff• Troubleshoot network issues• Maintain the I.T operation running smoothly

• Overall support for POS, CCTV, Desktop, Printer, Server, Network, and Database• We support all the The French Baker stores with their I.T equipment specially POS• Receive calls regarding store problems in I.T peripherals and respond immediately to resolve the problem• Monthly store visit for full system and database backup• Resolve minor issue through TeamViewer and UltraVNC to remote POS and Desktop in store• Repair and Fix Data Discrepancy
