Although now retired from all full-time roles, I am (was?!) a seasoned Agile / Supply Chain / IT Professional, with extensive international experience gained through lead roles in Global Process & Tools Transformation Programs that gave me the opportunity to work in 28 countries over the last 40 years.I used my Training, Facilitation and Coaching skills with my deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Scaling Agile approaches, along with Business Process Analysis, Design, Change Management, Program & Project Leadership experience to help my companies and clients in EMEA, NA and Asia develop a strong Agile Mindset that delivered real change and measurable improvements.I was a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) with both Scrum Master (CSM) & Product Owner (CSPO) Certifications, and also certified in Agile Scaling frameworks as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) Practitioner.
