Part of the WW Professional Services Leadership and the Asia Pacific and Japan regional executive team my responsibility is to develop and grow Informatica's Professional Services capability (Consulting Services, Managed Services, Success Services) across the region to ensure we can meet the growing needs of our customer base across an expanding product line. On a global level I am responsible for the Offshore Consulting Practice in India building a sizeable practice from its infancy to be able to support scale and cost effective project delivery for our global customer base.On services product line perspective I am responsible for the WW GTM launch and growth of the Informatica Managed Services business developing a new recurring revenue stream through the support of customers post go-live Cloud Data Management BAU needs.

Responsible for the sales GTM and Business Develpment activities for Business Intelligence and Data Services at SAP Asia Pacific & Japan.

Responsible for leading a small team of Product Marketing specialists across Asia Pacific and Japan to support the company’s sales and marketing teams across the region. The Product Marketing teams role was to define, develop and deliver initiatives to increase awareness and evangelise Business Objects solutions within Asia Pacific and Japan. Specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and associated technologies my focus is on our need to educate customers, partners and the market on how Business Objects delivers business value through its products and solutions.

The Strategic Business Group focusing on supporting sales growth within our largest corporate customers. With a great focus on longer term sales strategies a more holistic approach to the accounts needs the SBG is targeted with ensuring both improved revenue growth and increased customer satisfaction in our larger accounts.

I re-joined Business Objects in May 2002 tasked with the responsibility of creating a new Professional Services team for Australia and New Zealand. My goal was to develop a dynamic and successful services team to support Business Objects customers in the successful implementation and deployment of e-Business Intelligence solutions.

e-BI Solutions was established in April 2000 with a goal of creating a leading BusinessObjects services partner that would be ripe for acquisition within 5 years. My role at e-BI Solutions was a focused on growth, developing both the customer base and the consulting teams size and capability that would put the company into the best position to be acquired. During my time there the company grew from a small team of approx 5 to a 15+ strong team with some of Australia’s largest companies as its customers. Revenue growth during my 12 months with the company was over 300% while also maintaining 20% profitability during this growth phase. Due to the success of 2001 the company was purchased in July 2002

As a Principal Consultant my primary objective is to ensure the current and future success of the practice through winning new business, maintaining implementation quality, and continual development of our ability to deliver leading edge e-Business Intelligence solutions.As a member of the UK Consultancy Management Group, my role includes many of the facets involved in running a services practice, including responsibility for a team of approximately 12 consultants.
