I work with ambitious founders and owners of early stage companies to build better businesses and be stronger leaders. Delivering this I draw upon extensive experience solving problems and driving change in around 14 successful organisations and across four continents.As a “business mirror” I am able to reflect back what I hear (which may not be what was intended), help leaders view situations from perspectives they could not achieve alone and direct light into “dark” places. Examples have included identifying an under-delivering finance function, clarifying the roles of team members, refining propositions and generating innovative solutions, in order to help clients determine the most appropriate approaches for their circumstances.I am not constrained by specific tools or techniques, but guided by experience and insightful understanding supported by an extensive network of experts.My model is similar to that of a piano teacher or teaching golf professional, offering affordable interaction to identify challenges and work on pragmatic solutions/improvements - often through a number of weekly meetings in person or online.A few of my key messages are:
