In this role I create requirements, design, develop, enhance and implement reporting and dashboard solutions to support business in a fast paced, creative, responsive and dynamic environmentResponsibilities· Extract, analyse and manipulate data from multiple existing sources and reports· Design and produce dashboards and reports for the overall business· Provide data and reporting of KPIs and trends to stakeholders in an ad-hoc, weekly or monthly basis· Interpret data and turn into a story to present to the business· Run or assist in requirement/project workshops· Create dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools (such as Power BI) · Understand stakeholder requests to adapt and shape reports accordingly

Provide analysis and research to help develop customer centric product strategies• Support delivery of relevant key financial metrics (net cashflows, profitability, costs)• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences (including but not limited to productmanagement) within a compliant framework• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in bringing the super and investments product strategy • Support day-to-day product management for a portfolio that includes AMP’s retail wealth management products• Management of Product Mailbox and answering product queries from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders• Identification of common product queries/knowledge gaps to identify training and/or communication needs• Create and maintain product materials such as ‘self-service’ tools (eg. FAQ documents) and/or training documents• Maintaining product specifications• Completion of product reporting and external surveys• Supporting compliance rectification activity• Undertake competitor analysis and gather market intelligence as required• Input to adviser, customer and internal stakeholder communications including sourcing client data• Ensure that product websites, documentation and marketing materials are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure ongoing currency• Support investment menu process and ongoing review of external fund manager PDSs• Participating in cross-functional projects and team initiatives to implement changes as required including those that are derived from NPS surveys• Support aggregation and delivery of various management reports, including P & L and productprofitability reports, dashboards and various Board reporting

• Have current knowledge of all North products and procedures• Clarity check officer for outbound communications for North• Participated in Due Diligence process for the implementation of new North PDS’• Help to develop SME processes for Margin Lending for North• Provide SME approval of process maps and future state requirements related to the platform for In specie.• Provide helpdesk and technical support to team of 97• Support Team Managers with their day to day activities• Handle escalated complaints• Assist BDMs with escalated enquiries• Complete compensation calculations for complaint cases.• Provide technical support to Financial Advisers using North Online• Provide support to team members with workload and queries• Provide one-on-one coaching to team members.
