About Isabella Ankerson
I am a driven, creative and hard-working journalist with a keen interest in current affairs and politics. I studied at the University of Exeter for four years, graduating with a 2:1 Bachelor's Degree in English in 2022 and a Distinction-grade Master's Degree in International Relations in 2023.At present, I am a Reporter for Latin Lawyer and LACCA - two of the world's most prominent sources of news, knowledge and insight for Latin America's private practice and in-house legal counsel. I mainly write hard news stories which cover significant developments in the regional markets - including M&A, capital markets and banking & finance transactions - as well as coverage of promotions, hires and departures at local law firms.I also write features and mini-features - largely analysing data collated from Latin Lawyer and LACCA surveys - and am actively involved in the writing process for the Latin Lawyer 250 - a comprehensive ranking of law firms across LatAm.
