• Responsible for the procurement of various packaging materials including tubes, monocarton, paper pouches, corrugations, labels, shrinks, and more. I work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of these materials to the production units, while also maintaining the desired quality standards and optimizing the costs.• Prior to this role, I was responsible for the procurement of raw materials used in the manufacturing of cosmetic items in the company. My expertise in procurement and supply chain management has helped me to effectively manage the sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management activities for both raw materials and packaging materials.• My responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting competitive bidding, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance. I work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and logistics to ensure that the procurement activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.• I have successfully identified and implemented cost-saving opportunities, established efficient procurement processes, and ensured on-time delivery of materials to the plant. I have also played a key role in the implementation of technology and data-driven decision-making processes in the procurement function.
