Responsible for handling close outs on all large private parties with monetary values as high as 50K. Lead server and new hire trainer. Management training included: opening and closing paperwork, reports, and money management.

Ran a clinic at both USC and UCLA County Hospitals which provided compression stockings to several hundred low income residents of Los Angeles. In charge of billing invoices, patient records, delivery and pick-up of materials and correspondence with corporate office. Able to handle customer disputes and demands while staying calm and accommodating and keeping patients satisfied under high pressure circumstances as well as meeting all sales quotas and goals. Over 70% of customers only spoke spanish. Trainer of all new hires.

Co-Founder and Co-Owner of a theater production company. Small company that produced 5 shows in NYC and 4 in LA.
