Through a series of product-focused, financial, and operational theses, I was able to win buy-in from the the entire C-suite/leadership team, which resulted in a long-term financial commitment/investment which included chartering a dedicated engineering team.I have been responsible both the product and engineering components of this effort, including the system-level design and architecture, hands-on development, and leading a team of engineers to execute upon the roadmap that I worked to create with input from internal and external stakeholders.

Initially focused on development for the platform used to program Rethink’s collaborative robots to perform intelligent tasks (“Intera”), I had the opportunity to engineer features that spanned the entire architecture (from underlying hardware components, to multiple UIs) and utilized aspects of the robot’s advanced vision and force sensing capabilities that had yet to be exposed.I went on to envision, build, and lead a brand new team (and product strategy) focused on applying Cloud/SaaS technologies to monitor state, manage behavior, and analyze operational KPIs for any number of Intera-powered robots (e.g., fleet management) – this was the result of convincing management (via a hackathon project) to invest in building SaaS products that augment the value and functionality of Rethink’s robots, while also creating new revenue streams.

ClientFlow is a B2B SaaS platform for teams who want to take control of managing their clients. The platform is email-centric, keeping clients in their inboxes, and ensuring all conversations are internally accessible – this allows teams to collaboratively manage all client interactions in one place.
