Cybersecurity Curriculum Manager
CurrentPlay a key role in leading content and product team efforts as a Sr. Curriculum Manager for an industry-leading cybersecurity training and certification provide. This role is tasked with designing, implementing, optimizing, and monitoring a wide range of IT and Cybersecurity instructional programs/services.Tasks & Achievements:•Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI tools and cloud technologies to enhance team effectiveness and program outcomes•Oversee curriculum development and instructional design for individual and enterprise clients across federal, private, and non-profit sectors•Design and maintain content targeting many of today's most in-demand certifications including CISSP, Security+, CCSP, CMMC, CEH, CySA+, and more•Partner with clients to scope and design custom skill and role-based training programs in technical topics including: Secure Development, Zero-trust architecture, AI strategy and application, Threat hunting, and Ethical hacking•Serve as a subject matter expert in Instructional strategy, IT management, and Cybersecurity for course content, marketing materials, and publications•Implement and manage program and content quality assessments and controls•Assist in the develop, deployment, and upkeep of technical training lab environments and content assets•Collaborate with clients and vendors to collect requirements, facilitate contract processes, and manage relationships•Serve as primary point of contact for content-related support tickets and coordinate issue remediation•Advise on organizational content strategy and technology planning efforts to drive improve ROI•Coordinate content support initiatives, including work to implement NIST NICE framework mappings, improve digital accessibility, identify training career/role suitability, and deploy digital badging.•Act as primary administrator and architect for company Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Management System (SMS)
