I say it more simply in my mantra: “Do Great Things”. I’m a global C-suite marketer with deep experience in digital, and I have 20+ years of experience in a variety of B2C and B2B industries. A marketer by trade, I often think more like a general manager, and I’m a collaborator by nature. I thrive when I’m on the hunt for the next big win, whether that is displacing a key competitor or bringing an innovative vision to life. Recently, I’ve led the charge on digital transformation — capitalizing on the enormous opportunity that lies at the intersection of marketing and digital. I’ve marketed iconic brands like Sherwin-Williams, Craftsman, Black & Decker, DEWALT, Minwax, and many more — brands with so much loyalty people wear them as tattoos! I’ve rebranded a global Fortune 500 company overnight (literally overnight!); managed a diverse portfolio of 40 brands; launched a brand on a new continent; reinvigorated 100+ year old heritage brands; designed stunning in-store shopping experiences; and created multi-million dollar integrated marketing campaigns. I am driven to understand customers and their needs in order to innovate and create branding, products, and experiences that customers LOVE. I’ve successfully launched innovative new products fueled by engineering, chemistry, and now through agile development of digital solutions (e-commerce and artificial intelligence). I build and inspire top-talent teams. I’m a hands-on manager who likes to get under the hood and understand how things work, but my team members tell me they feel trusted and empowered to make decisions and do great work.
