Graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with Environment Engineering major, I continued to invested threes years in expanding my knowledge of Ecology and gained master degree from East China Normal University. During the master programme, I spent 5 months in Nairobi, Kenya in the headquater of United Nations Environment Programme to coordinate communication in children and youth function. My formal career started in Johnson Matthey from 2008, a British Invested Chemical company as EHS Engineer. The major roles of my responsibility was to care for environmental emission controls, governmental license, occupational health and safety mornitoring plan management, chemical management, EHS related training for employees, EHS management system (ISO14001/OHSAS18001) management and HAZOP study as well as fire protection. When I turned to Delphi Shanghai Powertrain site, as a member of manufacturing team, my resonsibilities extended to lean manufacturing management as well as secuirty team coordination. In Delphi, I was also leading in the OHSAS 18001 certification process for the site and one of the six key member in Delphi Corporate EHS-OS launch programme.Later on I changed my role as regional EHS and Sustainability Coordinator in Fiat Chrysler Automobile to increase managerial expertise. I undertook the regional coordinator for SPARC project in Asia-pasific region as well as safety management for our joint-venturs of vehicle and powertrain manufacturing.My latest role is employee communication and EHS coordination in Chery Technical Center Shanghai (EXEED). The main task for my stay in Chery Auto Shanghai is to lead the office relocation project, coordinating with Shanghai Office, Wuhu Engineering Team as well as external suppliers and made it within 6 month to complete the whole office moving activities from EXPO park to NECC Hongqiao.
