- Project managed gourmet festivals including Asian Masters and Gourmet Japan to achieve close to 100% attendance figures as well as profitability within the first 2 editions of the festivals.- Market consumer exhibitions to achieve attendance targets and partner deliverables including conceptualisation and implementation of marketing plan. Managed to achieve visitorship targets within budget for new exhibitions and increase of more than 15% efficiency of marketing costs versus visitorship for recurring exhibitions.- Assist sales team in identification of key audience segments and creation of USPs to achieve sales targets.- Operations lead for exhibitions.
