I introduced the Flex Court outdoor court surface product into Canada and with sales in every province across the country, Flex Court Canada grew to $1million in sales while under my direction. Flex Court Canada specialized in outdoor sport surfaces including resurfacing tennis courts, backyard game courts, backyard basketball courts and multi-game courts.

In the first year of representing a new outdoor court surface, Ian brought in sales to make Pro Sport the number one distributor in North America for our outdoor court surface. Exceeding the sales levels of established dealers in the United Sates.

The Green Brigade was one of the pioneers in Organic Lawn Care. Starting in 1989, at a time when chemical lawn care companies were everywhere, Ian had the foresight and vision to see the need for non-chemical alternatives. The Green Brigade grew to become one of the largest organic lawn care companies in the GTA.
