I dig down into the cases to persuade the judge that the opponent’s authorities, for all their superficial attraction, do not control. I study everything properly available about my judge and my jurors to present my client’s case in its best, most sympathetic light. This is how cases are won.My matters have ranged across several industry sectors, including construction, telecommunications, shipping, pharmaceuticals, real estate, manufacturing and retail. My clients have included Fortune 100 companies, governmental entities, non-profits, and officers and directors.
