I am a4th year Landscape Architecture student at Dalhousie University with previous schooling and work experience in landscaping and eco-tourism. I aspire to work towards ecological restoration of urbanized areas, while maintaining functional spaces for all.My education and work experience has taken me on different paths to both the East and West coasts of Canada. This experience has given me a unique perspective on howdifferent landscapes are interacted with and viewed through the human physical and emotional experience.I am a leader in the Dalhousie Landscape Architecture and Nature Design Society, where we help students meet professionals, socialize, and explore interests. I am also a member ofthe Dalhousie Agricultural Students Association Student Council as the Landscape Architecture representative. Opportunities pursued outside of school have led me to student memberships of APALA and the CSLA.Special Interest/Hobbies include photography, urban agriculture and forestry, Computer Aided Design, hand drafting, and 3D printing.
