I managed to measure the efficiency of operations, we compared with global standard benchmark operations, and we met the targeted KPI through managing Operations Cost, SG&A, keeping our EBIT in good shape. We also need to comply with global standard for IT Security ISO 27001, PCI DSS and GDPR. SITA is the company built by the airlines. In year 1949, United Nations through ICAO asked the airlines to build their cooperations amongst them for better air-air communications and air-ground communications. It was 11 airlines setup SITA. Now, SITA has more than 450 airlines and airports member globally. In Indonesia, I managed SITA business and operations for International Airports AP1 and AP2. For Airlines, I managed business operations for Garuda Indonesia Airways, Sriwijaya Air, Lion Air, Batik Air and Citilink. For Air Navigations, we managed CPDLC and air-air communication as well as air-ground communications. We also managed the Type-B message to Custom and Excise, and Immigration Republik Indonesia.During my service in SITA, I got contract from AP2 for new International Terminal 3 Ultimate Soekarno Hatta Airport. I got also new contract from Garuda Indonesia for their passenger journey experience.
