Accountabilities include platform commissioning & integration combined with business enablement activities - partner training, sales readiness, Go To Market planning and customer on-boarding.• Successfully optimised Vodafone deployment process to accelerate Time To Market, reducing the delivery cycle by two months through improved risk management, clear roles and responsibilities and focus on the critical path.• Led the complete revamp of standard contract schedules to better reflect newer platform functionality, adding amendments to address key learnings from previous contract negotiations.• Updated the IoT programme team deliverables with enhancements to controls and processes, achieving closer alignment of roles with partners, improved reporting and management of critical actions and dependencies.CAREER DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP (2016): Led a project to improve career opportunities for Project/PMO/Programme Managers. CLOUD SERVICES PARTNERSHIP (2013-14) Global partnership with enterprise cloud provider (NTT) to re-sell cloud Infrastructure services. Roles included establishing the governance framework between the two organisations and working with sales and product management to build, stabilise and develop the product roadmap. More recently, led the development & implementation of a major “Advanced Services” extension to the contract incorporating system integration and bespoke engineering.CLOUD ACADEMY PROGRAM (2014) A re-skilling program to update our workforce with “cloud” skills. Supported HR and regional business management team to launch the program for European and AME Sales & Pre-sales teams. Vendor management of the primary partners involved (BMC,Cisco,Citrix, EMC,Netapp & VMware). ORANGE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE DEPLOYMENT (2011-13): Responsible for the data centre & cloud services implementation into three hub locations - Frankfurt, Singapore & Atlanta. Solution was developed and delivered in partnership with a Systems Integrator (Unisys) - scalable up to 60,000 vCPU, 500TB RAM and 10PB of high performance storage with a predicted revenue stream of up to USD $50m. Key to success was effective governance of both internal and 3rd party organisations - starting from the design stage through a structured version control & stakeholder approval process which extended through to Bill of Materials, ordering and logistics support to manage the 100+ cabinets, 550 devices and over 120km of structured cabling, overlaid with a complex configuration & operating model.

As well as the data centre environment, we delivered the infrastructure for management of customer equipment, the operational process model & redundant network connectivity.
