I am an Ontario lawyer. I live and work in Toronto. I was called to the Bar in 1988, and since then I have practiced Civil Litigation exclusively. I have tried jury cases and non-jury cases in which I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants. I am regularly retained in cases involving: serious personal injury (including brain injury, wrongful death, spinal injury), municipal liability, serious motor vehicle accidents, occupier's liability, sports liability, premises liability for violent crime, product liability, and professional malpractice .
