Encompassing direct new revenue accountability for strategically important channels, influencing and maximizing outcomes for the Partnership acquisition Channel & Consumer segment, my role promotes and advocates the OFX value proposition nationally via multiple channels.I am responsible for leading an experienced team of Key Account Business Development and Client Managers, harnessing and developing talent whilst endorsing a values-based approach to sales leadership.Encompassing the daily oversight of the New Zealand Commercial team, my role holds direct responsibility for customer churn, growing wallet share and achieving existing revenue objectives.The key objectives of my role include the following responsibilities:• Embed a culture of high performance, motivate, lead and promote strong activity and behavioral standards across the group.• Create coaching and development plans and actively shape a team that can win and identify opportunity through different cycles.• Attract strong external talent.• Formalize a clear picture of the market, design and execute a go-to-market plan.• Actively shape and lead the Company’s sales program externally across New Zealand.• Lead and activate a number of strategically important corporate partnerships and act as key brand ambassador and spokesperson for the Company’s corporate business.• Responsible for formalizing business plans in support of future investments.
