Headed the implementation and onward management of a GDPR/DPA 2018 compliant data protection framework. Acted as the main point of contact for the organisation for data protection enquiries, including provision of support and guidance for internal and external stakeholders, providing directed training as well as handling overall management of data protection requests, such as SARS. Implemented analysis and reporting of data protection performance. As part of the Corporate Assurance Team supported the organisation’s QMS through the completion of internal audits and document management- contributing to a successful external surveillance audit. Completed Radius’ annual ECNI progress report, requiring significant self-directed learning and development in equality legislation and returns process. Took overall responsibility for corporate performance reporting, including redesign of corporate KPI scorecards. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, implemented and managed a weekly impact analysis report for SMT and Board and supported risk assessments and pandemic response measures.

Initially engaged to attain ISO27001 Certification for Totalmobile, which was achieved within five months, and subsequently responsible for the ongoing management and improvement of Totalmobile's ISMS. Also responsible for compliance with the NHS Digital Information Governance Framework (now the Data Security and Protection Framework) and more recently updating and managing Totalmobile's Data Protection framework to attain compliance to the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Provided ongoing support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders with regards to Information Security and Data Protection, including close oversight on security and data protection elements within contractual agreements. Led Totalmobile's first compliance project to the NHS Digital DCB0129 (Clinical Risk Management) framework.
