Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many driven, talented people at a number of companies. My career started at Honeywell in software development. I moved into the software development process world with Rational Software, and subsequently worked with IBM, MKS, PTC, Rally, and Broadcom. Now with Planview, I will be helping customers to effectively deliver value by connecting Strategy to Delivery with Value Stream Management.My experience is in providing solutions that help connect customers' business operations and technology functions together to accelerate decision making and drive business outcomes. By leveraging connected planning, DevOps and Value Stream Management techniques, I help organizations build a new level of competency that drives more effective collaboration and coordination. This allows teams to maximize resources and align efforts, and ultimately deliver more meaningful business outcomes.In my free time I’ve become passionate about perfecting my smoking/grilling skills on a Big Green Egg. I'm told my pork ribs are the best around. I get away from things by taking long walks with my two dogs, or going for a long ride on my bike.
