It’s always on an equal footing regardless of the difference in position. Ian is also one of the most approachable people in leadership that I’ve had the pleasure to work with. He is someone I’d never hesitate to reach out to or even stop by his office to discuss something big or small. He listens to what you're saying, he validates any concerns you might have, and he acts to improve the situation to the best of his ability. Ian has had a formative impact on my career thus far that I’m grateful for, and if you have the chance to work with him I would not pass it up!"
