As an electrical engineering intern at CytoCybernetics, I engineer analog electronics starting almost entirely from scratch. In this process, I produce electronic schematics, draft these same schematics in DesignSpark PCB, test them in LTspice, give the designs to a PCB fabricator for production, solder components on to these boards after they are manufactured, test them before they leave the prototyping stage, and eventually design and produce a chassis to turn the PCBs into a completed product. I have worked on other projects for the company as well, including designing a highly cost effective, cutting-edge computer system to run resource-intensive equipment for the company, and producing a Microsoft Access database to assist the research department of the company with organizing experiment data.

As a repair technician, founder and sole proprietor of Henderson Multiservice, I provide freelance computer repair services to clientele. These repair services are often complex, in-depth processes not commonly offered by mainstream repair companies. Some of these services include motherboard replacements in windows laptops and MacBooks, installation of operating systems ranging from Windows and Mac OS to various Linux distributions, the creation of new, cost-effective systems for clients, finding and ordering uncommon components required to complete specific jobs, and the installation and replacement of hardware into laptops and desktops, sometimes requiring complex tear-downs of entire systems. I also handle all aspects client relations including advertising the company to potential new clients through social media and services like craigslist, ensuring previous customers return for future services, and communicating with current clients about the status of their services.
