I was sent here to open doors while creating new pathways & opportunities for others...that's my job.I am a 19yr old Computer Science Activist, Professional Speaker, Entrepreneur and soon-to-be Author. I'm a Co-Founder and the face of "Dream Hustle Code" and "New Nerd". For the past 9yrs+, I've been working to create opportunities for kids (from communities that have traditionally been under-represented/under-estimated in the Technology space) to be introduced to Computer Science, Programming, Leadership Development & Financial Literacy strategies.I've spoken in front of audiences as large as 15K+ students (Allstate Arena), at Google's HQ in Mountainview, Ca., on the main stage at the Startup Grind Global Conference in Silicon Valley as well as at the Global Entrepreneurs Congress in Riyad, Saudi Arabia.During the summer of 2019', after leading a hard-fought fundraising campaign, Dream Hustle Code flew a group of kids from the Chicagoland are to Silicon Valley & L.A. to visit various Tech companies to get a BIGGER vision of what's possible for their future.In the middle of COVID-19 pandemic, I created a virtual computer programming & personal development program that engaged with hundreds of 5th-9th graders from 30+ states across the U.S. (including Canada, Philippines, Bahamas and Ghana, Africa). Summer, 2020' through the generosity of the McDonald's Corporation, Dream Hustle Code's "New Nerd CS+Personal Development Summer League" hosted 300+ students in an engaging, entertaining virtual intro to computer programming experience that included a speaker series where highly successful entrepreneurs, business executives, engineers, etc. volunteered their time to share their journey & experiences. To date, I've either worked with or participated in extraordinary partnerships with major brands such as McDonald's, Microsoft, McKinsey & Co., Nike, Google, Chicago's Museum of Science & Industry, the City of Aurora, the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation, Dream Tank and Dream Corp. just to name a few.
